Germany's Leading Game Developers Event – Berlin / April 23 – 27
Germany’s largest and longest-running developers’ conference will take place in 2012 under the motto "Create. Game. Business".
Now in its tenth year, the conference has a brand new location and features numerous high-ranking national and international speakers, business centers and expert workshops.
The "Deutscher Computerspielpreis" is Germany’s most lucrative award for games and is handed out at a joint gala event together with the “LARA – German Games Award”, a top prize for international game productions. This year’s presentation takes place at Kino International - just opposite of the Quo Vadis location, Café Moskau.
Many events, including a special exhibition at Berlin’s Computer Game Museum, the Girls Day, the Matchmaking Dinner and the Games Academy Party make the DGT a highlight for developers, gamers and publishers.
Berlin’s heart beats for games! In 2011, developers, entrepreneurs, politicians, game enthusiasts and students met at the DGT at Berlin’s bcc Congress Center to discuss the latest trends, make new friends and celebrate!
